After arrival due date the item had not arrived so I contacted the seller and it had apparently been lost so they sent another which arrived fairly quickly. The item was in good condition but the packaging was very poor for such a heavy steel item (only a cardboard box) but I am very happy with the purchase.
The item was in great condition put unfortunately it was not the right one for my car. They issued me a refund with no problem and answered all questions I’m a timely manner I would business with them in the future and would recommend them to friends and family
