This seller communicated throughout the process. They shipped my item quickly but FedEx as usual "dragged their feet" and it took FedEx 10 days to deliver my order, this was in no way the fault of the seller. I did have an issue with the clips that hold the brakes in place, they were missing from my order. I simply used the old ones from the brakes I was replacing. The seller provided a partial refund. Rotors and brakes seem to be of good quality. I would recommend this seller.
Although I ended up returning the brakes and rotors because of fitment issues. The quality of the parts was very good. Brand new. Just as described in the description and images. I was very impressed by how quickly the item arrived at my house. And doubly impressed how quick the seller was to respond and refund me. Great value, good quality. Would buy again.
