No instructions in box but not hard to figure out (got email with link for one page instruction the day after delivered). All in all, good product, great communication. Just what I needed to keep dog & kids from falling out. I will order from seller gain.
Extremely well packed. Each flare is wrapped in a rubbery layer and has plastic around everything. Then they sprayed foam inside to keep things from moving. Shipping from California sucks and takes forever, but not the sellers fault.
