The motors are just a pictured. The shipping process wasn't the best one arrived in a damamged box and the second was delayed to it falling out of the box and FedEx having to repackage and ship to me. The price is great for this motor. Will be installing them soon but they look like quality products. The customer service is excellent. They respond quick and actually answer the questions asked it isn't some generic auto reply. Will most likely buy again.
Very good contact back to you. Part was a perfect fit and went on very nicely. It worked great. Only part that was a little issue but it was alright after talking with them about it. It was the shipping with the usps mail they dont know how to update you correctly on tracking and they like to make it be the next day or 2 after the delivery date that it states to be delivered. But other then that everything was extremely great.
Item arrived well packaged and on time. installed the item as required. Unfortunately, I got a defective item, not the sellers fault but a manufacturer problem. I reached out to the seller, we tried to remedy the issue but couldn't. The seller had no problem communicating with me and trying to resolve my issue. When the item didn't work the seller did not hesitate to offer a full refund. I will be buying from them again.
