Compare to the traditional CV Axle: 1、 Longer service life Component part of inner &outer c.v.joint are under grinding after heat treatment.Especially for DOJ, DF series. 2、 High standard Our products are strictly producing according to the TS16949-2014 standard and Online testing and bench test are proceeded according to the standard of GB/T10189-2014 for all the product. 3、 The increasing of strength and abrasion resistance We use the specialized steel CF53 for c.v.joint while designing and refining the material inner organization through normalizing. 4、 Clamp with high strength and anti-corrosive The material of Clamp we choose is 1Cr13Ni9. 1cr13ni is made of martensitic stainless steel, 1 means that the carbon content is about one thousandth, which is equivalent to the carbon content of No. 10 steel, 13 means that the Cr content is about 13%, and 1 means that the nickel content is About one percent. It can be quenched to about HRC42. 5、 The oil grease with excellent abrasion resistance We use our proprietary technology in the inner structure of production to adopt special c.v.joint oil grease with anti-corrosive,could absorb the degree of -40℃ to 170℃ . 6、 24hours service to help you solve all the problems during purchase and assembly. Ten step to replacing two CV joint axles Step 1: This is a rear drive vehicle with two CV joint axles. Start by disconnecting the battery, jacking up the vehicle and allowing some penetrating oil to soak into any retaining bolts. Step 2: In this case, suspension disassembly was not required. Moving brake lines and other obstacles out of the way of wrenches is a good bet before beginning. Step 3: Loosening but not removing the strut top mounts and sway bar end link bushings can provide a bit more suspension travel for easier axle removal. Step 4: Loosen and remove the wheel side axle mounting bolts. Step 5: Separate the axle from the wheel. Do not allow the axle to hang from the transmission or differential. Oil seals could be damaged. Step 6: Gently pull, pry or otherwise liberate the axle from the transmission or differential. Do not bend axle seals. Be careful not to tear the transmission or differential oil seals. Step 7: The axle splines on the left show damage. Note the c-clip on both axles. Step 8: Don't forget to transfer any axle seals, ABS rings or other parts to the replacement axles. Step 9: Guide the replacement CV joint axle into place. Depending on the type of retainer, the axle should click firmly in place. Step 10: Always use the proper torque on the axle bolts. Check axle rotation. Reassemble dismantled components.
