Unfortunately it was the wrong item purchased for my car so had to be sent back. But the seller was really helpful, apologised for the mistake and gave me a full refund without hassle. Although the item was the wrong one for my car the seller still dispatched it quickly and it was well packaged, the refund process was as quick as could be. Fast response to order. Only small issue was that security catch was faulty and we had to ditch it and use the one from the old part - not sure seller would even have been aware of this when sending and not held against them. Apart from that minor issue, I'm happy with both price, speed of despatch and would be happy to buy from this seller again.
