Ok item as described in mint condition works perfect. BUT The seller could have packed it better. There was no protection on the corners or front and back I don`t understand why these e bay sellers don`t charge a bit more for shipping and pack it the right way to prevent damage. They don`t have common sense I guess. You got lucky it arrived without damage. it is YOU THE SELLER HAS TO TO PACK IT SAFELY. NOT THE SHIPPERS. THEY DONT CARE. SO, do better in the future with heavy items!!
A++ Seller. I had problem with my used Gen 1 Ring Chime. I had problem resetting the WiFi settings. I contacted seller. He took care of it right away. Seller sent me another Ring Chime right away. Communication with seller was very easy. Seller responses were very fast. Both items were packaged very nice and neat. I will definitely buy from this seller again.
The item is exactly as described and packaged nicely. The quality is very good. The seller came down off the “Buy It Now” price a little, so that was nice. Shipping came delivered as expected without any issue. If I saw another item I wanted from this seller I’d be happy to give them my business.
