The item arrived quickly, was well packaged and as described. The only disappointing thing was the cost of postage. The text stated that it had free delivery to the UK mainland. The picture of the UK in the sellers photos also stated free delivery to the UK mainland. I stay on the UK mainland but on check out it said postage would be £4. I knew the cost of postage before paying but I do feel the advert is misleading. The free delivery is for the UK mainland and I stay on the UK mainland.
First class service, thank you. The Post Office did their best to disrupt things, and the seller immediately offered to send a replacement promptly when advised of the delay. Instead, we waited, and it eventually arrived. Completely outside of the seller's control, they were absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended.
Initial item arrived promptly and was well packaged. Unfortunately, incorrect side was received, however, communication with seller was excellent and correct item dispatched and received quickly. Would recommend and use again.
