I would highly encourage you (considering you sell 100+ items per month) to INVEST in good boxes to ship your items in. You'll find that boxes costs far less than the value of your time spent trying to source used weak and inadequate boxes, which according to other buyers reviews, is costing you in damaged items which you have to refund for. Missing pieces and foot prints on items but seller offered return and refund so that’s what matters at the end of the day. Wish it would have been as described but oh well. Only leaving neutral because packaging was bad, and parts were missing also no communication or response when I reached out multiple times. Bad buyers experience.
