It was agonizing dealing with DHL Express. They left an initial message about delivery. I was supposed to get delivery the next day. Waited TWO DAYS THEREAFTER and the driver lied saying I was unavailable when I left a LARGE note on Bldg intercom about contacting me. Finally on the FOURTH day, fortunately, I was available when the delivery man arrived!
