I ordered this beautiful dress for my wedding. There was a shipping issue and the package was not scanned or became unable to track for an extended amount of time. The seller communicated well either me and responded in a very timely manner although the situation was out of our hands. When the package arrived late after my wedding date,they advised me to return and took care of the refund promptly.
