The zipper tab on the main pocket has been replaced with a new, aftermarket genuine leather item. The inside of the main pocket has a slight leather/vintage smell, but it has been cleaned with alcohol and a special cleaner. Although it shows signs of use, it is still in good condition. Simple repair cleaning has been performed. No accessories .
