Ended up returning the adjustable strap but would purchase from this vendor again! The strap wasn't exactly as pictured and was missing the loop which was the main reason (along with price) why I ordered from their site. Vendor was quick to respond after I initiated the return, apologized, and completed the refund the same day they received the returned item. Overall, it was a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Luxe Sweet Spot in the future.
