  1. Der Artikel kam nicht an, obwohl er zweimal vom Verkäufer nach eigener Aussage verschickt wurde, dort aber irgendwo verloren ging. Das war natürlich nicht das von mir gewünschte Ergebnis, da ich den Artikel brauchte. Was aber positiv ist, das der Verkäufer auf meinen Wunsch hin einen Refund der bezahlten Summe eingeleitet hatte. Ich warte zwar noch auf das Geld, Ebay hat den Refund aber schon per Mail bestätigt, so dass ich davon ausgehe das das Geld auch wieder bei mir landet.

Seller provided a full refund and good customer service overall, which shifts this rating from an obvious negative to neutral, but the transaction was still a waste of my time. Would not recommend buying plush from this seller unless you're OK getting a cheap knock off that doesn't really look like the item in the pictures. Hope this helps someone in their decision.
