THIS DOES NOT AFFECT FAN OPERATION, BUT WITHOUT A CLIP OR WIRE TO HOLD THE COVER, THE TOP COVER WILL FALL OFF. I am attempting to order or replace the broken clips, BUT UNTIL THEN I AM DISCOUNTING THE FAN WITH THIS FLAW CONSIDERED. See video for fan operation. There is some spotting to the face of the fan, but it noticeable only in closeup viewing. There is a chip to the bottom of the fan, but it does not interfere with use. The box arrived quickly and the packaging was expert level padded for pottery in transport. The bowls are lovely and just as described. The price for all 4 bowls was fair, and I appreciate that you offered them at a much better price than the replacement companies. Thanks for helping us replace a few pieces from our set that were unexpectedly broken recently. It was nice buying from a US seller, as well. That made the shipping much more reasonable.
The shipping was expeditiously done, the packing was done at a professional level and everything inside the package was described, exactly as was on the website. The lack of detailed description left us concerned but what we got looked to be exactly what we expected, so the minimal description was not a problem at all.
