I wish I could give positive feedback but I can't. ON delivery book appeared ok, however on unpacking I was greated with black mould throughout the book. Therefore book was NOT as described. It was however well packed for mailing. Upon contacting seller they were prompt to respond by return email with sincere appology & refunding all monies paid. Unfortunately this book had to be destroyed. I give neutral feedback because it was not all positive & nor was it all negative. THanks
This CD did arrive on time, however the CD case had a large crack across the front of the cover. I contacted the seller and they were quick to apologise and give me a refund. This item is Brand New as advertised in its original wrapping and possibly damaged during transit. I have had a positive experience with this seller.
Great service!!! More details: promptly chased up & investigated why I didn't receive the item - it was lost in an AusPost sorting facility. Without me asking, the seller refunded me for the purchase. I have no hesitation in buying again from this seller.
