  2. Although the content of the book is complete and undamaged, the cover - in particular, the spine of the book - is severely damaged. Since the packaging was adequate and not damaged, the damage to the book must have been preexisting. This should have been disclosed in the listing and reflected in the description of the condition of the book. Gave a positive rather than neutral or negative rating because there was good communication about the status of the delivery and the packaging was fine.

  3. I should start by saying this book was my freebie for their buy 2 get 1 free deal and that the others arrived in great condition. Because of this I did not contact the seller about my issue. The listing describes this book as "Good," meaning minimal wear to the spine and no page tears. As you can see, there is major damage to the front, spine, and corners. The package did not have any bubble wrap, but since the other books arrived just fine, the damage happened before they arrived.
