Order arrived on time, but was not the book I ordered (same series, different title/colour). I advised seller and requested the correct item be sent but seller apologised and said that they no longer had the correct book in stock so sent a full refund instead. I'm happy with this resolution and have now ordered the correct book from elsewhere (albeit at a 12p increase! :-) ) The Cotswold Library are generally very reliable and say they'll investigate what went wrong, but I'm happy.
