Item arrived definitely not in the “very good” condition that was described. This could easily be attributed to extremely poor packing. (Wrapping a thin hardcover book in nothing but a plastic shipping bag is just asking for it to get bent.) However, seller was fast to ship, responsive to communication, and offered a fair settlement and/or refund without trouble. So it was still an overall positive experience.
