Then on Jan. 30th it stated that the item shipped untracked. It was suppose to arrive between Jan 29th and Feb 2nd. It had not arrived. On Feb 3rd status changed to shipping label created awaiting item, but only after I started a case. No communication, delayed delivery, & item finally arrived from Amazon. Aggravating experience !!
