My Oh My! A positive experience indeed. Purchased new Dyson Ball Animal UP20 upright through Amazon. Vacuum arrived sealed in a factory Dyson box but was missing the wand handle. Rather than deal with Amazon, I found this seller on EBAY who had the correct wand handle for the unit at a great price! The handle was shipped promptly and arrived days ahead of schedule. An easy install and we are using the vacuum! Thank you seller!
