Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders. Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer. We do not ship internationally. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible. We do not ship COD orders. Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging. 20% restocking fee may be charged, if the return item is used or not sellable. We cannot take back used parts. I asked seller to please add extra packing material to ensure item arrived in one piece. (I had already ordered from another seller and it arrived damaged in shipping.) Not only was the transaction extremely fast. But it was fast along with them taking the time to address my concerns. Very pleased with their service!
Seller filled order fairly quickly. Although there is a small discrepancy between the pictures listed and what you are receiving as far as quantity. The item was correct but the original quantity wasn’t provided. Seller did refund and provided painless return customer service. Thank you for that.
