Their response time is slow and they don't answer the complete question. You have to badger them over and over with one simple question at a time. However, the condition and quality of the part is brand new, just as the description mentioned. The shipping was super fast! This part cannot be found anywhere, since GM discontinued it. GM didn't discontinue the inboard joint of the axle though...go figure? The aftermarket version of the axle is way too short and has different splines.
I would recommend looking at their shipping times, I didn't read that part well, my husband was in a hurry for a part and had me look and purchase on eBay. After a few days it hadn't shipped so I contacted them and I received an email that they made a shipping label for it and then they shipped it a couple days later. So a bit slow on that. Part though was just as advertised, worked perfectly in the engine and is going strong! :) It was packaged well and a good price!
The item was new in packaging. The seller states 15 days to process shipping , and waited for several days to ship which is fine just note shipping may take a while to process. I was not in a rush however someone the maybe and miss this note. The price was reasonable, and the seller was responsive to my question. I would purchase again if I needed another one.
