Overall, a positive experience. When the item arrived it was unfortunately damaged during shipping, but the seller was very responsive and helpful. When the replacement item arrived it was unfortunately damaged again during shipping, but again the seller was very responsive and helpful. They quickly addressed the issue, and the third replacement arrived in good condition with no damage. I appreciate the seller’s communication and willingness to make things right. Would buy from them again.
I am leaving positive bc item was as described but very unhappy that shipping took so long. Purchased on the 1st, not shipped until the 12th and delivered on the 15th. They did communicate after I messaged about no shipping update after a week. I was told shipping takes 2-7 days. Mine was 15 days from Texas to GA. It would be nice if they told buyers up front about the delayed shipping because I would not have purchased from them knowing it was going to take so long to receive the item.
Great price for a genuine Mopar item. Trade off was shipment and delivery time but I was able to operate my vehicle until arrival. Others have mentioned damaged packaging and in my case a pointy end of my item was poking out through the box but the part itself was undamaged. I believe the seller is drop shipping which would explain the lag between purchase and shipment but the price makes it ok by me. Would definitely buy again, excellent ebayer!!
