Shipping was Priority Mail and as reliable as USPS can handle. Packaging was in the Priority Mail cardboard envelope. The product was exactly as described and barely looks used. I've been looking for this for a few months and found the exact manuals for my Mercedes. Even though my car has been maintained in great condition, I wish it looked as barely used as the booklets.
Remote arrived on time as promised. The condition was as described. The unit connected per the instructions and everything seems to be working properly. The battery in the remote arrived dead which caused me some challenges for a few minutes. As a note in the packaging said the unit was tested before it left. Honestly, not sure how I was tested if the battery is dead.
