So I made a new higher offer and they ignored me again. I ended up buying it at full listing price. If you have a "make offer" listing, presumably you are willing to budge on your price to sell your products. Otherwise, don't create "make offer" listings. Other than this, the deal was fine.

  2. The quality and condition was new the value for the money was great got it fast. It did not come with the cords you can use your existing cords. It came with a lever but it was short so I use my existing on and off lever. Easy to install.
