Fast shipping and great deal. However, terrible customer service because silly me forgot to read the message that the item was going to ship in different shipments and they messaged very arrogant and unprofessional back with no clear response, but “Did you read the previous message.” The item was not how it was advertised. Some did not come in original package, so not sure if it’s really made in Japan. I would not recommend because there other seller selling the same item.
Well, seller accidentally shipped the 3 wrong oil filters to me. I filed a claim, and got shipping form to return items with FREE SHIPPING. I packed them up and shipped them back, they received them and within a couple days I received my full refund. Mistakes happen, and all ended up well. Thanks to this seller for prompt response. I will give them another chance.
Product as described. Brand new condition, good price, quality OEM filter in original packaging, packed super well- took the time and effort to assure gasket would not arrive bent in mail by adding additional cardboard for support- can use it the second I received it. No need to place in between heavy objects to flatten. Great seller. Highly recommend A +++++
