Communication with the seller was excellent, I had an issue with my item (missing part) and they immediately replied and sent whatever I was missing. The downside though is that the item is slightly different from the image on eBay. The image on eBay shows Caleb being inserted on the right in front, but when you assemble the acrylic stand he is actually on the left in front. The acrylic part with words also actually has one of its upper corners rounded, which is not seen in the image on eBay.
The item arrived exactly as described in the photos, perfectly packed and in great condition! 📦✨ Delivery was on time, and the entire process went smoothly. Quality: 10/10 The seller provided me images of the item before it shipped and it looked perfect, but in person the quality is even better than I expected from the photos.
