So happy with my purchase! The purse is in fantastic condition and came just as it was pictured. My only complaints with this purchase was the shipping time, and the shipping packaging could be improved. It was sent flattened and bubble wrapped and my expectation was that it would be stuffed and boxed during transport so it was better protected—I still rated a 5/5 because of my great overall experience! Would buy from this seller again!

Shipping was fast and the purse arrived earlier than expected! The item was just as described and I’m very happy with the bag overall. However, the bag was shipped in a poly mailer with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it in the case the bag ripped in transit. Even though these are sold at a discount the bags are still designer and I would expect a higher level of care taken with them when shipping.
