There is nothing I can say about the seller that isn’t wonderful. From communication to quality- I had a problem with the purchase and it wouldn’t work for me. packaging was professional and the item was exactly as described. Shipping was normal, and you can’t blame the vendor for something out of their control. They offered a solution or return for my purchase. I will work with them again! My mom had one years ago the she made the best turkeys and ribs and prime rib roast in, but was left behind in evacuation. They are extremely expensive, and been hard to find with the lid, whichis the key. I was thrilled to find this for her. My dad said the seller did a remarkable job of packing it. Received the beautiful lamp very quickly. Although the lamp was wrapped with bubble wrap, there was some damage to the inside of the lampshade. The seller was very quick to respond and make it right. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend this seller without hesitation.
