Item was as described, packed very well, and shipped quick. However, I ended up finding a better copy of the item, so I wanted to return it. The seller communicated with me right away about it and even offered a partial refund along with allowing me to keep the item, but I just preferred the full refund and to send the item back to them. Just as described great price it shipped very fast and the packaging was excellent! I love this bag and the fact it is black with little white and the double handles are like British Tan color. Thanks so much
