Handling Time - Our handling time is set to THREE BUSINESS DAYS. We ship packages Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. Shipping - Please don't forget to include the shipping cost when bidding. We ship USPS and UPS depending on cost. Typically will be shipped through USPS First & Priority, and Media Mail. Larger and heavier items or packages exceeding 12" in length will be shipped UPS. Items exceeding $300 US will require signature delivery confirmation. Combined Invoices - We will combine shipping if purchases can be safely combined. Combined invoices are sent Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. Tax - Sales tax is collected based on your state by ebay. Items must be returned in the same condition to receive full refund. PAYMENT Payment - Payment is expected at the close of auction unless an agreement is made prior to auction close. Non-Paying Bidders - Unpaid item cases are opened after two days of non-payment. Non-paying bidders are blocked from future transactions. Cancelled Transactions - If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale, they will be blocked from future transactions. BIDDING Retracting Bids - Bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of Ebay. If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions. Shill Bidding - If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported to Ebay.
