Garment was in used condition as stated but not as bad as I was anticipating which is really refreshing since I planned on using it for work, the seller also offered a great fair price. Shipping conditions were completely out of sellers control but eBay’s intentional shipping system needs to be more accurate when logging tracking data, besides that this seller is solid and fair and I would be more than happy to do business again thank you !
Unfortunately, I never received the item but this is NOT the seller’s fault AT ALL. They moved heaven and earth to try to find my parcel, but it turns out it was delivered to an incorrect address by a courier who can’t read, dumped on a public pavement, and promptly stolen. I had to get a refund, but again, not the seller’s fault. I do hope we’ll be able to trade together in the future, but with a competent courier.
Exactly as described and I am overjoyed. The item is immaculate and in almost new condition. Packaged and delivered earlier than expected and well before Christmas. Very thick and padded and very warm, I could not be happier and very happy and thankful to the seller for this item my son absolutely loves it. X
