The item was great quality, condition, and value (and appearance), however shipping was a problem. At first I was sent a tracking number and within days, the label was "cancelled". I couldn't get the seller to tell me what shipping company (USPS, FedEx, etc) and I was concerned. They did respond to my email wondering why my order was cancelled, and then within a day, a new tracking number was emailed to me. Then it took another few days to arrive. I did finally receive the order.
The item was delivered by the carrier to the wrong address. We never did receive it. The seller quickly addressed the situation to our satisfaction. Was very pleased.
