My order just arrived, and everything is just as it was advertised to be. Etiara was great with all communication, and the package got here well before the anticipated window of package arrival had ended. The package came through a carrier I hadn't heard of before, and the tracking information wasn't up to date; the package was marked "delivered" but didn't come until the following day. So, I let Etiara know and they were quick to respond that they'd find out what happened. =] Thank you, Etiara!
My original review was an error on my part. The seller was great: the shears were exactly as described ands were shipped very promptly. In fact I neglected to contact the seller about replacing the shears that were defective, but the seller contacted me about it and took care of the issue on its own initiative. The bottom line is that the seller was great, the shears were defective, and I screwed up by not giving the seller a chance to make it right - but it did so anyway.
As listed. Nice looking and well made. Great price. Shipping was a little confusing. USPS tracking showed this item was delivered on the 6th. Did not get the item. Contacted the seller and the seller actually told me it had been delivered on the 6th. I checked with neighbors to see if one of them got it by mistake. Nobody knew anything about it. Finally, it was delivered on the 10th. Item actually came from Amazon, not from the seller.
