Melissa combined 2 orders together 3 plates and 4 plates, discounted the selling price for me and shipping price for all, rather than having 2 separate orders. But what impressed me most was her packing and shipping. Not only was each plate meticulously, safely, carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, the inside of the box lined in bubble wrap, the outside of the box was wrapped in heavy waterproof plastic. I was amazed, pleased, and very appreciative of her time, effort, care, and concern.
