Gothic Cargo Skirt is sze XS, measuring 13.5" across the waist. Two front pockets, two back pockets, two cargo pockets, belt loops, button and zipper closure on front. It reminds me of Lip Service and Tripp NYC style clothing. The tag has an @ symbol and I bought it years ago, so I am unsure of the brand.
