Om: Represents the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and invokes their blessings. 2. Tare: Refers to Green Tara, the embodiment of compassion and swift action. Tara liberates beings from physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering. 3. Tuttare: Protects from the eight great fears, which are both external dangers (like fire, water, thieves, etc.) and internal fears (such as pride, ignorance, attachment, and anger). 4. Ture: Removes hindrances and obstacles, bringing peace and enlightenment. 5. Svaha: A concluding sound that signifies offering or surrender, often interpreted as a way to solidify the mantra's blessings. Significance: - Green Tara is regarded as the "Mother of Liberation" and symbolizes active compassion. - She is swift in responding to the prayers of those in need, embodying the energy of rapid enlightenment. - Chanting her mantra is believed to: - Remove obstacles and fears. - Heal emotional wounds. - Attract blessings of prosperity, peace, and happiness. - Help practitioners develop wisdom, compassion, and courage.
