As described. I've used this product before from another seller and they work fine as a refill. The shipping was a little problematic when the tracking disappeared and then said delivered when it wasn't. But it came soon after and I saw the address label had part of someone else's name and address which probably confused the USPS system. But it made it and I'm happy. I wrote the seller to tell them about the address label problem and they responded politely.
