  1. I had bought a smaller quantity of this fabric before and I liked it so much, I ordered 5 mtrs for another project. It arrived within 2 days. I checked the amount as the project was quite specific and was disappointed to find 4.5 mtrs. I contacted the supplier and got a very prompt reply and apology. Asked if my project could be completed with 4.5 mtrs, failing that, I could return it. Thankfully my project can go a head and I have been refunded the cost of 1 mtr. Great fabric, great service

It is clearly new and well packaged and sent very promptly, as has everything I’ve ever ordered from this company. They’re always friendly, helpful, include fabric details, post promptly and protect fabric with a plastic outer bag which can be reused if opened carefully.
