I'm only leaving a neutral review because the seller cancelled the transaction without an explanation. They also noted the reason as "buyer requested cancellation", which I did not request. I'm certain most customers have a great experience with this seller. I'm just disappointed not to have a sufficient reason for the cancellation beyond blaming me.
The shipping was fast, so I can't complain, but the packaging arrived damaged. It wasn't the seller's fault, but the shipping company's. I didn't give five stars because the description said it came with a crossbody strap, but the strap was black, and the metals didn't match. I was bummed because it was a gift, and they prefer crossbody bags.
Very pleased with the handbag, exactly as described, great care taken with the packaging, i was really surprised at how quickly the handbag arrived, very fast shipping, great seller and i would buy from them again.
