The shipping speed was so quick and the bag looks better in person than pictured! My only gripe was the packaging, as it was sent in an envelope (with bubble wrap) but I would have preferred it in a box for extra security. Nonetheless I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely purchase from omotenashi again!
Purse came as described, with i arriving earlier than initially stated. The packaging was not what I expected . It was packaged in a FedEx bag and wrapped in bubble wrap. I would have thought a Gucci purse would have been shipped in a box. No problem with the value. The seller also included a dust bag.
