Item was as described and sent out next day! It is exactly as described; great condition ano scratches or damages. I love the reader, very clear to read, very light easy to hold. The seller was communicative. An unexpected used cover came in the pkg which was very nice to have. I would certainly order from this seller again with no worries. This Kobo reader is easier on my eyes than my Kindle PW. The square device is also easier to hold than the rectangular one. Very pleased.
The Paperwhite was as described and even came with a case that had not been mentioned. The parcel was delivered on time and the packaging was adequate to give it some protection en route. It was purchased as a replacement for a damaged PW 5th gen owned by a friend of mine and they are very happy with the replacement unit. The frontlight does have some issues on the bottom edge of the screen but does not affect the reading area. All in all, we are very happy with the purchase.
