Just as described, shipped quickly, good communication throughout. BOTTOM LINE: Great seller, but but inquire about shipping if not listed. Here's why: The item shipped UPS, which doesn't ship to PO Boxes. I had to pay $6 to pick up at their suggested store and then another $17 when they said they couldn't deliver to the store THEY suggested. UPS said they would refund the first charge within 10 days. It's been a month and no refund. Took over three weeks to receive package.

Yet they fully helped and investigated for me? This is ‘second to none’ customer services/care. I will not hesitate to do business with this seller again! I fully recommend this seller! And the description was good but the item was even better?
The shoes were shipped quite quickly and were as described. They were packed in plastic to protect them in shipping, which was great as it was raining today and they are suede. I happened to be home to immediately retrieve them, but it was nice to know they would have been protected, if needed. It was so nice to get them with the soles freshly protected, as well! They fit perfectly and will work with a ton of my outfits! Thanks!
