Came in exactly as described. Initially got it for Cox internet for our business. Once I opened it to setup and called Cox, they told me I cannot use it for Cox Business but could be used for residential… Contacted seller although they listed no refund, they were so kind to accept the return for refund and I was very pleased! Thank you so much! Would love to order in the future again! Lesson learned :)
The item was part of a bid that said it was a new Fitbit but when I received it it was damaged and not a new item. I reached out to the seller who promptly corrected the issue.
