This palette was as described! Packaged and shipped with care ! Also, the colors are highly pigmented and in great condition! This palette was a gift for my daughter. She originally wanted a more expensive palette that wouldn’t have arrived before Christmas so this one was an alternative. She’s obsessed with it after seeing this one! Very satisfied with this seller but the only thing misleading is the promised free gift. There is no “free gift”
