Brand new, exactly as advertised. Well packed. Once actually shipped, it arrived within a few days. But seller took three weeks before actually delivering to the Fedex to begin shipping. I don't know why despite asking seller several times. This delay caused much anxiety, but all has turned out fine, aside from long shipping time. To be fair, the listing said it would ship 10 days after payment had cleared and I accepted that. But the actual time was much longer than that.
Very satisfied with my purchase! Came a bit longer than I wanted to wait but it was all worth it!! So glad I purchased with them and not at the LV STORE .. good price And I love my agenda!!
