Item came with an issue, which happens from time to time. Seller communication was very good, immediately providing multiple satisfactory options to amend the problem. I took the one to exchange for a new version for a slight increase in price. New item was perfect, and I'm very happy. When I contacted the seller because it seemed like my scarf was stuck somewhere they immediately responded and suggested I contact the local post office which I did and the scarf was delivered shortly after that. It’s in perfect condition as well as the Hermes box and was very well packaged. Happy!
