Shipping and packaging were good, and I felt that having been able to purchase it as such a good price had made it an excellent value. Unfortunately, it was no sooner received here at the retirement community where I live than it was lost by the staff. These boots are too cute! I was only hesitant on buying them because the pics listed had shown a couple spots that looked like maybe bleach had got on them? But it's nothing noticable at all in person, and I am very grateful in the honesty of this seller ☺️. The packaging was great, shipping cost was a bit much but the price of the boots themselves was very good. Thank you great seller! 🙏❤️
Shipping took a little longer than expected although not the seller's fault.. USPS put it on a slow boat to china and we are the next to last stop.. Once received, the packaging was excellent and well protected.. When opened the product showed as described and was better than the Photos indicated The value was well received by the significant other and was well above what was expected
