Received item well packaged, in good condition & on time. Good quality, appearance & value. However, seller sent me the wrong item. Item ordered was PVA080K12H-P01. The item I received was PVA080GH-P01, which will not fit my computer. I messaged the seller three times. I have not received a response from the seller. Issue NOT remedied.
They sent the wrong item, but upon hearing from me they quickly issued a refund. Actually the refund was issued within minutes of verification of the mistake.
Received item exactly as pictured. It took a little figuring out but got it. No problems, otherwise.
